Director, Lifestyle Brand Management

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for Hilton's Lifestyle Brands! As Director, Lifestyle Brand Management, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton Lifestyle portfolio. On the Lifestyle Brand Management team reporting to the Senior Director Lifestyle Brands Experience, Performance & Strategy, you will help drive brand development, implement key brand performance indicators, priorities, and initiatives and be involved with enterprise-level work streams. You will study data, identify insights, develop recommendations, craft strategies and plans, project manage, and mobilize resources for implementation.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Partner with Lifestyle Division leadership team and cross-functional teams across Hilton to define and develop Lifestyle brands.
- Manage numerous cross-functional workstreams and third-party agencies to ensure progress of brand initiatives, stakeholder alignment, completion of deliverables and achievement of key milestones.
- Support development of Lifestyle brand strategy and storytelling documents, positioning and identity, brand standards, programming, financial modeling, product and service experience.
- Collaborate with Sr. Director Lifestyle Brands Experience, Performance & Strategy and Brand Management Leaders to develop and implement division and brand-specific strategies in the lifestyle space.
- Oversee performance tracking and analytics on key Lifestyle Brands initiatives, providing updates and context to leadership teams.
- Develop understanding of the independent hotels space and how to create an experiential, lifestyle hotel.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Design, Marketing, Communications, HSM, Wellness, Sustainability, Commercial, IT, Legal, Finance and other teams throughout Hilton to execute brand initiatives.
- Partner with Lifestyle Brand Operations and Hilton University teams to develop brand service experience, hotel-facing tools and training.
- Work with partners in EMEA, APAC, and other regions to define regional brand strategy and product and service nuances.
- Work with Hilton Development team to identify deals, pitch Brand to prospective owners, and work with Design, F&B and A&C to ensure the Brand's vision is implemented.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Ongoing project management tracking documents, meetings, and communications outlining status of and progress on brand development.
- Regular executive strategy update documents on brand development progress and workstreams.
- Foundational brand launch materials, internal overviews and owner-facing development documents.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional experience
- Four (4) years of experience translating market research, identifying insights to develop strategies, building business cases, and supporting global brands
- Three (3) years of hospitality experience
- Can travel up to 40-50% (domestic and limited international)
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- MA/MS Master's degree or MBA
- Two (2) years developing annual plans, narratives, project planning, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps for large enterprises
- Project management/experience and ability to present to executive audiences and owners
- Experience managing external agencies
- Experience creating or working on Lifestyle hotel brands

The annual salary range for this role is $110,000-$175,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
