Fork Union Military Academy, an all-boys college preparatory boarding school located in the scenic heart of central Virginia near Charlottesville, Richmond, and the Blue Ridge Mountains is seeking dedicated and mission-driven educators for the 2026-2027 school year.

As an Instructor at Fork Union, you will teach, mentor, and lead young men in an environment that values discipline, integrity, and personal growth. Our faculty are passionate professionals who see teaching as a calling, those who thrive here find purpose in shaping both intellect and character.

Instructors at Fork Union Military Academy are more than classroom teachers, they are mentors, advisors, and role models who support cadets both academically and personally. Faculty members collaborate closely with Residential Life staff, coaches, and administrators to ensure a structured, supportive learning environment where cadets are challenged to reach their full potential. Small class sizes allow instructors to build meaningful relationships with students and tailor instruction to individual learning needs.
