What We're Looking For:
✅ Active RN license in the state of Kentucky
✅ Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in chronic care or related fields
✅ Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
✅ Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
