Support the MRO team in technical decision-making for purchases and parts selection, while maintaining accurate inventory records. * Optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or excess, and guarantee availability of critical components to sustain uninterrupted operations. * Responsible for planning maintenance in mechanical, electrical, and production areas. Conduct periodic audits of the maintenance planning system, generating statistical reports. * Maintain accurate records: work orders, logs, inspections, and documentation. * Manage departmental budgets, spare parts inventory, and shop supplies. * Track and report KPIs for electrical and maintenance performance and reliability. * Ensure compliance with internal controls and Trivium core values. * At all times, actively engage in and live out Trivium’s core values and guiding principles.
