G2K Labs is hiring a hands-on Project / Program Manager to drive execution across technical delivery projects and sales-related initiatives. This role is ideal for a mid-career project manager who has built strong fundamentals, is comfortable owning schedules and deliverables, and is ready to operate with greater autonomy and visibility—without stepping into an enterprise-level bureaucracy.

You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, apply structured project management discipline, and work directly with technical teams, operations, and sales leadership to ensure commitments turn into results. This position emphasizes execution, accountability, and follow-through over theory or certifications.

Spanish language skills are a strong plus due to our international partner environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent technical projects and programs from initiation through completion
  • Projects contain up to date methodology in technical /telecom / gov-adjacent delivery products
  • Most projects require certification in a regulated environment
  • Most project will require fixed delivery dates
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
• Track and manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and deliverables
• Drive accountability across engineering, operations, sales, and external partners
• Provide project management oversight for sales orders, proposals, and follow-up activities
  • Own and drive delivery execution for sales orders, proposals, and follow-up activities
• Track proposal pipelines, customer commitments, and post-award transitions
• Build and maintain schedules using Microsoft Project
• Use SharePoint for document management, collaboration, reporting, and version control
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to management and stakeholders
• Establish and maintain project governance, status cadence, and escalation processes
• Own delivery commitments and execution once projects are accepted
  • Authority to escalate risks, resource conflicts, and schedule impacts
  • Ability to enforce project governance standards
• Proactively identify delivery risks and resource conflicts and drive resolution
• Serve as the central coordination point between sales, engineering, and leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including:
  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Schedule and dependency management
  • Risk and issue management
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
• Proficiency with SharePoint
• Own delivery commitments once accepted
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to drive projects forward and hold teams accountable
• Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and influence without formal authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency
• Experience supporting sales operations, proposals, or order management
• Background in technical, engineering, or software environments
• Experience working with distributed or international teams
