Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Program Manager is responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing management of one or more multi-year, external client-facing programs within a business unit. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, markets, and internal stakeholders to coordinate and implement pilot initiatives and full-scale product launches.

In this role, you will drive service operations execution, ensure operational readiness, manage cross-functional coordination, and delivers structured reporting to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, disciplined project management, and the ability to manage timelines in dynamic client-facing environments.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead the coordination and implementation of pilot programs and full product launches across clients and markets, ensuring operational readiness and successful deployment.
  • Partner with Product, IT, Digital, and Data teams to align system configurations, integration requirements, and platform capabilities with program objectives.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing operational and technical liaison, managing service delivery, issue resolution, system-related escalations, and client communications.
  • Oversee program implementation activities including system setup, workflow configuration, data integration, user access controls, and compliance alignment.
  • Drive service operations execution by ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical infrastructure, and client expectations through documentation of processes & workflows.
  • Conduct operational and technical triage, proactively identifying risks related to systems, data flows, integrations, or dependencies; coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Facilitate collaboration across corporate, regional, operational, and client teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Demonstrated capability to independently design and work with people or implement AI-enabled agents (e.g., via Microsoft Copilot) that automate routine workflows, improve cross-functional coordination, and enhance decision support across complex programs.
  • Ability to improve the process and identify efficiencies through AI and Automation opportunities.
  • Strong digital and AI fluency, with the ability to translate operational needs into automated solutions through Copilot-based agent development and workflow optimization.
  • Establish and manage detailed project plans incorporating technical milestones, system deployment schedules, testing phases (UAT), and release management timelines.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to support technical positioning, client onboarding materials, and solution documentation.

  • Provide structured and regular reporting on program status, risks, performance metrics, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop program success metrics; conduct periodic assessments and implement continuous improvement actions.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences

  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated capability to independently design and implement AI-enabled agents (e.g., via Microsoft Copilot) that automate routine workflows, improve cross-functional coordination, and enhance decision support across complex programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting strict timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering structured program reporting and executive-ready presentations.
  • Experience supporting product communication, positioning, and market rollout efforts.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $106,628 to $159,942.
