Comber Physical Therapy and Fusion Chiropractic is looking for highly motivated professionals to join our dynamic team. We treat a diverse range of ailments from head to toe, with each of our therapists specializing in various areas of care. Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work collaboratively with a team including Physical Therapists and Patient Care Technicians to support your patients in the development of treatment plans, manage routine functions, provide education to patients regarding their plan of care, document your treatment progress, and modify treatments in accordance with patient status and the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist in accordance with the laws established by the State Board of Physical Therapy and practice standards by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Assistant Degree
• Current state license or certification on or before the first day of employment required
• CPR certification
• One year in a physical therapy setting (desired)
• Effective communication skills for working with patients and team members
• Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
