The Controller will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide meaningful strategic business insights. Key Responsibilities • Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP • Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies • Coordinate annual audits and tax reporting activities • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives • Mentor and develop accounting staff • Partner with department leaders to improve reporting and business performance Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 5 years of progressive accounting experience • 2 years of leadership experience • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting • Experience managing month-end close and financial statement preparation Preferred Qualifications • CPA certification • Public accounting experience • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics • Multi-entity accounting experience Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance available • 401(k) • Professional development opportunities
