Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Custodial Technician to join our team at Primero Staffing, operating within the dynamic and challenging environment. As a Custodial Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety the facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Cleaning: Perform regular and thorough cleaning of various areas including offices, restrooms, break areas, and other common spaces.
2. Waste Management: Properly handle and dispose of waste, debris, and hazardous materials according to industry regulations and guidelines.
3. Surface Maintenance: Clean and maintain various surfaces, such as floors, walls, windows, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
4. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that custodial equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues to the relevant supervisor.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
6. Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate personnel.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors and facility managers, to maintain cleanliness and order.
8. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to any urgent cleaning or maintenance requirements, such as spills or accidents, to minimize potential hazards.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform cleaning tasks in various environments and weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
• Understanding of safety procedures and guidelines, particularly in an industrial setting.
