Senior Full Stack Developer AI/LLM Tools

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the creation of next-generation internal tools that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks to accelerate our research and intellectual property operations.
In this role, you will work across the full stack—designing and developing intelligent, scalable applications that integrate state-of-the-art AI into the workflows of researchers, patent attorneys, and licensing professionals. From helping generate and refine technical disclosures to enabling semantic search across internal databases, your work will directly support high-value innovation.
You will also play a strategic role in shaping our AI platform architecture and championing thoughtful, usable tools across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer – AI/LLM Tools, you will:
- Design and develop robust full-stack applications focused on research enablement and IP workflow optimization.
- Integrate LLMs into production systems for document generation, summarization, tagging, classification, semantic search, and agentic execution.
- Collaborate with research, IP, and executive stakeholders to identify needs, translate them into requirements, and deliver elegant software solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of our internal AI agent platform, including vector search and retrieval pipelines.
- Build intuitive front-end interfaces using frameworks like React and scalable back-end services using Python or Node.js.
- Ensure reliability, performance, and usability through rigorous engineering practices.
- 7+ years of experience building full-stack applications.
- Strong experience in back-end development using Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG architectures.
- Experience designing, deploying, and scaling web apps in a cloud environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical capabilities into user value.
- Proven ability to take projects from concept to production independently or as a team lead.
