Front End Developer

Core One is seeking a Front End developer to support our IC program. This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.

The Front End Developer is responsible for designing and implementing internal applications, dashboards, and development tools that improve team workflows, productivity, and decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex UI/UX challenges and enjoys building tools that are both powerful and intuitive for internal users. You should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, performance optimization, and a passion for building engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop internal tools, dashboards, and UIs to support engineering, product, and operational workflows.


• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive, cross-browser, and accessible user interfaces.


• Integrate front-end interfaces with internal APIs, databases, or third-party services.


• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional code.


• Implement front-end logic and state management using modern frameworks and libraries.


• Ensure UI performance optimization and troubleshoot rendering or responsiveness issues.


• Contribute to and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.


• Continuously improve developer experience through feedback-driven iterations.


• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and follow best practices in front-end development.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.


• 5+ years of professional experience developing web-based applications


• Proficiency in at least one modern coding language. React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, OOJS, etc.


• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.


• Experience building interfaces for complex data and workflows.


• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with state management (Redux, MobX, Vuex, NgRx, etc).


• Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines.


• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.


• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.


• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and ability to translate designs into code.


• End to end workflow experience


• Experience working on Sponsor systems
