Sales Consultant - Weaver's

• Hourly Range: $20 to $25 (based on experience) + Incentives
• Earning potential of $50K to $100K annually

• Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Saturday)
• Must be able to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month

• Provide outstanding customer service to determine overall flooring & design needs
• Build strong client relationships & consistent follow up with all new/existing customers
• Schedule appointments to have client design consultations within the showroom
• Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
• Review space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create/present project proposals for client approval, schedule the installation team, collect client's payments & ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
• Assist with material handling & basic warehouse tasks as needed
• Manage time between the showroom & prospecting for new business
• Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays & communal areas neat, current & clean

• Minimum of 1-3 years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Interior Design, Hospitality or similar roles
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic computer, social media & math skills
• Proper phone etiquette & positive attitude
• Desire to grow a business & can work independently
• Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors & clients
• Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Strong personal & professional judgment
• Ability to respond quickly to customers' needs & wants
• Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
• Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
• Ability to operate a HI-LO forklift a plus (willing to train)
• Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
