Join our outpatient Echocardiography team which has been recognized by the IAC for being Accredited for 20 consecutive years which is evidence of our commitment to high quality patient care. Job duties and responsibilities include Transthoracic echocardiograms, Contrast studies, Clinical trials/research and Dobutamine stress testing.

As a Registered Sonographer on our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an environment deeply committed to your personal well-being and professional development. Within a setting renowned for clinical excellence, you will perform diagnostic ultrasounds for the imaging of normal and abnormal structures of the human body and provide quality care to patients of all ages.

• Assess patients appropriately for the procedures ordered prior to, during, and after treatment according to Imaging Services/Departmental Guidelines.
• Operate highly specialized equipment, including radiographic, CR (Computed Radiography), DR (Digital Radiography), and PACS (Picture Archive Communication System).
• Take part in the training of students and staff as assigned.
• Create a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients and families.

What We Require:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of approved School of Ultrasound or equivalent training.

Experience: Experienced sonographer with hospital-based experience preferred, but new registered graduates are encouraged to apply

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Registered Cardiac Sonographer - ARDMS/CCI in adult echo, BLS required.

Other: Good interpersonal and technical skills and flexibility in assignments.
