Director of Operations - Property Management

### Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on **Director of Operations** to oversee and improve the daily operations of a growing service-based business. This role is responsible for building efficient systems, managing operational workflows, and ensuring consistent execution across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of operational performance while working closely with leadership to support company growth.

### Key Responsibilities

* **Oversee Daily Operations:** Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the business, ensuring tasks, workflows, and service delivery are completed efficiently and on schedule.
* **Build and Implement Processes:** Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability across operations.
* **Drive Accountability and Performance:** Establish operational metrics, track key performance indicators, and ensure team members meet deadlines and priorities.
* **Manage Operational Communication:** Coordinate with internal team members, clients, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of operational issues.
* **Optimize Systems and Workflows:** Evaluate existing tools and platforms, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement improvements that streamline processes and reduce manual work.
* **Support Team Structure and Growth:** Organize team workflows, clarify roles and responsibilities, and assist with hiring, onboarding, and training as the organization expands.
* **Coordinate Projects and Priorities:** Manage operational initiatives and ensure projects move forward with clear timelines, ownership, and follow-through.
* **Collaborate with Leadership:** Work closely with senior leadership to align operational priorities with company goals and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

* Full-time commitment (no multiple remote jobs)

** 8AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time**

Must maintain full overlap with Pacific Time business hours

Occasional limited after-hours availability for urgent operational issues

This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone that well experience and willing to go above and beyond.

Rate is negotiable base on experience.
