Your Impact

• Delivering operational excellence, working in all aspects of the restaurant to gain critical experience and knowledge of how to effectively and independently operate a crucial element of this multi-million dollar business
  
• Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
  
• Providing the highest quality of guest service through all contact points
  
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
  
• Assisting the Executive Director in casting the vision, managing costs, establishing systems, and leading day-to-day operations
  
• Assisting the Executive Director in strategizing and executing Marketing, Social Media, and Sales
  
• Create and track monthly and annual outside sales goals for catering, food truck, and CFA delivery
  
• Plan and organize events inside and outside of the restaurant
  
• Support restaurant operations during periods of non-peak outside sales time periods
  
• Lead special projects and captain-ships assigned by the Owner/Operator
  

Background Profile

• Must have Leadership Experience
  
• New graduates welcome but degree not required
  
• Hospitality experience (preferred)
  
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
