Survey Manager/Land Surveyor
The Survey Manager/Land Surveyor will oversee surveying projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This role involves managing a team of surveyors and collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality results.
- Lead and manage surveying projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Review and approve survey data and reports.
- Mentor and train junior surveyors.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
- Licensed Land Surveyor (or equivalent certification).
- Experience with surveying software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
