- ALD - Associate's Level Degree - Physical Therapy Assistant
- Physical Therapist Assistant License (PTA) - Virginia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Previous physical therapy assistant experience (preferred)
