What Youll Be Doing:

• Implementingage-appropriate lesson plansthat foster early childhood education and literacy.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment where all students feel safe and supported.
• Monitor child developmentto meet ensure each child is meeting their individual needs.
• Collaborate closely with parents and fellow staff to guide each child's learning journey.
• Ensure asafe environmentby maintaining up-to-dateFirst Aid and CPR certifications.

What Were Looking For:

• Apassionfor nurturing and inspiring little learners.
• At least6 months of experiencein a childcare setting.
• CDA or degreein Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification?Bonus points!
• Someone who can turneveryday moments into magical learning experiences.
