Corporate Maintenance Manager

Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:30p or as needed.

Starting Salary depending on experience: $85000-$110.000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and support a safety-first culture; ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and company safety programs
• Develop and implement multi-year maintenance strategies focused on up-time improvement and cost efficiency.
• Plan schedule and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Provide leadership mentorship and development for maintenance personnel using servant leadership principles.
• Collaborate with the COO to develop budgets and manage expenses within approved limits.
• Oversee CMMS utilization ensuring accurate data entry and reporting on KPIs such as uptime downtime and PM completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure safety while in our plants along with quality and cost-effective service.
• Lead initiatives to transition from reactive to proactive maintenance practices.
• Manage spare parts and consumable inventory to support maintenance operations.
• Support employee performance reviews coaching and growth planning to build a high-performing team.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
• Oversee facility utilities systems and grounds maintenance to ensure optimal operation and appearance.
• Serve as a key point of contact for cross-department collaboration on maintenance-related projects.

• Perform all other related assignments (including special projects) as required in a professional and cooperative manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education:
   • Bachelors degree in industrial Electrical Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
   • Demonstrated success leading maintenance teams and implementing CMMS-based maintenance programs
3. Other required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
   • Proficiency with CMMS software Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance planning tools.
   • Strong technical background in mechanical electrical and automation systems (PLC robotics hydraulics).
   • Excellent communication problem solving and organizational skills.
   • Servant leadership mindset and ability to empower teams through mentorship and accountability.
   • Strong project management and budgeting abilities.
   • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints schematics and specifications.
   • Physical ability to access various areas of the facility as needed for inspections and support.
