Utility Kitchen Staff - FT
General Kitchen / Utility / Dishwasher
At Restaura , we believe every role in the kitchen contributes to something bigger. We’re looking for a dependable General Kitchen / Utility team member who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and delivering a great dining experience for our residents.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the kitchen team through dishwashing, cleanliness, basic food prep, and receiving deliveries—helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dish area, and workspaces
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in a timely manner
- Assist with basic food prep as needed
- Support receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Flexible availability, including some weekends
Preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen utility experience (not required)
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active kitchen
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
