Enhancement Crew Leader

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a crew to complete landscape enhancement projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to achieve their best performance.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
- Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A team-oriented, positive attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
