Targeter

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Targeter to join our team in Chantilly, VA .

The Targeter will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor’s mission, providing critical all-source analysis and targeting expertise to ensure operational success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing all-source analysis and targeting in support of the Sponsor’s mission.
• Proposing new methodologies and/or tools to improve analytic capabilities.
• Participating in technical meetings and working groups to address issues.
• Researching, preparing, and presenting reports and briefings as required.
• Communicating and coordinating with internal and external partners as needed.
• Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Systems Security, or related targeting fields.
• Knowledge of and experience working with SIGINT.
• Demonstrated, first-hand experience with analytic tradecraft, targeting, and all-source analysis.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience searching, reading, and comprehending information using the Sponsor’s key analytic and targeting tools.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in collecting information and accurately representing it to management.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP certification).
• Experience with the Sponsor’s primary cyber risk and compliance automation tools.
• Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams, organize meetings/boards, and drive change throughout an organization.
  
  

Clearance Requirements:

• An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc..
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
