Eklego is proud to be leading the Vice President of Resident Services search for Fellowship Square in Reston, VA !

Founded in 1960, Fellowship Square is one of the leading providers of affordable housing and services to low-income seniors, owning 670 units in the DC Metro region and serving more than 850 older adults.

What you'll do as the Vice President of Resident Services:

• Responsible for strategic leadership and operational oversight for resident programs and services across Fellowship Square's affordable senior living communities.
• Advance the organization's mission by enhancing resident engagement, satisfaction, health, and safety through high-quality, compliant, and innovative programs.
• Serve as a recognized and credible leader throughout the community and elevate Fellowship Square as a high-performing organization.
• Sets vision, goals, and performance measures for annual initiatives.
• Develop implementation plans and measures results on all Resident Services strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and maintain knowledge of current resident demographics and ensure existing programs and services align with needs and interests.
• Recruits and maintains community partners that deliver quality programs and services to meet residents' needs.
• Creates strategies for new programs and services that provide potential revenue streams to Fellowship Square.
• Develop Resident Services Plans for new properties as needed.
• Responsible for managing the Service Coordinators
• Develop SOP's, policies and procedures that follow best practices and comply with HUD, Fair Housing and other regulations as it relates to resident life.

What We're Looking for in the Vice President of Resident Services:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or other related field preferred.
• Minimum seven years of work experience in similar role at a senior community
• Minimum four years of leadership and managerial experience
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines for senior living communities.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
