Help Desk Technician
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Document all help desk interactions and resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in data analytics, enterprise information management, or digital transformation is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
