So, we did something drastic. We decided to keep it simple. We decided to bring you The Last True Chicken Sandwich. We prepare each order fresh. We use fresh, never frozen chicken and cut our fries in house daily. Our food is always fresh, including our premium custard!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Custard & Hospitality Supervisor

Superchix is looking for a Custard & Hospitality Supervisor who knows how to deliver great guest service and with an eye for detail! This supervisor will oversee all areas of the creamery and lobby including custard production and front of the house team members at registers and in the dining room.

Responsibilities

Oversee all areas of custard production

Oversee all take-out and third-party delivery orders.

Oversee lobby & creamery station cleanliness

Oversee guest interaction by all staff members at the cash register and in the dining room

Maintain cleanliness of lobby and creamery station

Hire, Manage, train, and motivate team

Perform restaurant opening and closing duties

Ensure food and service meet high quality standards

Immediately and respectfully resolve guest requests

Report guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assist in resolving such complaints

Create a professional and enjoyable dining experience by ensuring the highest standard of Guest Service.

Qualifications

ServSafe, preferred or able to obtain

1-2 years restaurant/QSR experience, preferred

1 year restaurant/QSR supervisory experience, preferred

Must be friendly and outgoing

Ability to multitask, solve problems and carry out directives

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

Must work well with others and show respect to co workers

Must take pride in the work that you do

Must be able to obtain SuperChix Supervisor Certification

FULL TIME - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting

Ability to operate restaurant equipment
