Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic AI Cluster Management Consultant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in guiding organizations through the design, deployment, and optimization of AI and Machine Learning (ML) cluster infrastructure, ensuring high performance, scalability, and efficiency. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI/ML workflows, cloud platforms, and cluster management software with strong consulting and communication skills to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Design & Architecture:
- Design and recommend scalable AI/HPC cluster architectures on various platforms (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and technologies for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Deployment & Implementation:
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of AI clusters, including underlying hardware, software stacks, and data integration pipelines.
- Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions for large-scale AI environments.
- Performance Management & Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize AI cluster performance, resource utilization (CPUs, GPUs, memory), and workload distribution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks or issues at the hardware, OS, software stack, and application level.
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for continuous visibility into cluster health and performance.
- Workflow Orchestration & Automation:
- Manage and orchestrate AI workload schedules and optimize job placement for efficient execution.
- Develop tooling and automation scripts to streamline cluster deployment, management, and resource allocation.
- Security & Compliance:
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and industry best practices.
- Address and mitigate potential biases in AI algorithms and decision-making processes.
- Client Engagement & Communication:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and technical requirements.
- Conduct live workshops, demos, and presentations for various audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Educate clients on AI capabilities, best practices, and the value of AI in achieving business objectives.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, HPC, cloud computing, and cluster management technologies.
- Participate in Research & Development, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and explore new AI techniques and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in a consulting or technical role focused on AI, ML, or HPC cluster management.
- Extensive hands-on experience with LLMOPs at scale, including GenAI application evaluation, production deployment, pipeline management, security integration, and automated monitoring.
- Experience building or integrating AI into enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
