Weekend Concierge
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all procedures are followed efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information.
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests.
- Manage requests and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide local area information.
- Liaise with departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with special requests, such as arranging transportation or preparing surprise celebrations for guests.
- Perform administrative tasks as necessary, including managing communication logs, and maintaining concierge area organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
