Architectural Millwork Delivery Lead

Picture a day where your calendar opens with a design review, moves into a cost-and-schedule huddle, and ends with a site walk where shop drawings come to life. As our Architectural Millwork Delivery Lead, you’ll run the full arc of custom millwork projects—from kickoff through closeout—ensuring the work lands on time, on budget, and to exacting standards.
What you’ll do
- Own planning and coordination across all project phases, driving timelines and costs to meet commitments.
- Partner closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to translate requirements and specifications into executable plans.
- Build detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans that align shop capacity with field conditions.
- Track progress, manage risk, and implement adjustments to keep scope, schedule, and spend on target.
- Conduct routine site visits to verify status, validate dimensions, and resolve field issues quickly.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks from fabrication through installation.
- Prepare clear, timely updates and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
What you bring
- Proven experience leading millwork projects or similar custom fabrication initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication techniques, and industry standards.
- Exceptional organization and time management; you prioritize well and execute with discipline.
- Strong communication and relationship skills to align cross-functional teams and clients.
- Fluency with project management software and related tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in team-based environments.
