Appian Product Delivery Management Engineer II
- Define product vision, target users, and value proposition for delivery efforts supporting implementation teams, client administrators, and end users
- Build and maintain a roadmap that balances client needs, delivery efficiency, technical health, and commercial priorities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog and sprint execution, and support prioritization and release planning across concurrent programs
- Monitor sprint progress, report team metrics, and drive process improvements to support quality and release readiness
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, engineering leads, and implementation leads to promote alignment across teams
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

- Active Secret Clearance
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar agile delivery role
- 2+ years of experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for one or more development teams
- 2+ years of experience managing product backlog, sprint execution, and release planning
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Experience working with Palantir Foundry or other data platforms
- Experience in software development, business analytics, or other technical roles
- SAFe certification such as SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist
- Advanced agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Release Train Engineer, or similar
- Experience using agile metrics tracking tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne
