What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision.
  
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans with consistency and care.
  
• Record and track client progress accurately using digital tools.
  
• Collaborate with your teammates and clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality care.
  
• Help children achieve meaningful milestones and build lifelong skills.
  

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  
• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred).
  
• Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, camp counseling, etc.).
  
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn ABA therapy.
  

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $17.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
