Excavator Operator
- Operate heavy equipment to support daily plant production and operations
- Assist with general plant duties, including cleanup and material handling
- Inspect plant areas and perform basic maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Perform welding and fabrication duties when required
- Identify safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and take appropriate action
- Follow instructions and work safely in a team environment
- Comply with all Company policies and MSHA safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience operating an excavator or similar heavy equipment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform plant-related tasks
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a quarry environment
- High school education or GED required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
