Advanced Heart Failure NP Opening in Norfolk, VirginiaPosition: Full-Time ACNPLocation: Norfolk, VA Setting: Advanced Heart Failure Clinic Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Call Schedule: 1 in 6 Overview: Seeking dedicated and experienced APP to join a dynamic Advanced Heart Failure team at a leading tertiary care center in Norfolk. The successful candidate will join a collegial group of 7 physicians and 5 APPs in a role that includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.Responsibilities: Inpatient: Rounding, admissions, discharges, and consults on the AHF service line Outpatient: Follow-up visits, lab reviews, and remote device monitoring (CardioMEMS, HeartLogic, Cardella, CareSense, etc.) Independent management of a patient panel (up to 14 patients daily)Qualifications: One year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider requiredCompensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with $5,000 annual QPI bonus $10,000 student loan reimbursement program $3,000 CME allowance annually Comprehensive benefits and retirement package Malpractice and tail coverage provided EPIC EHR system This is an excellent opportunity for an APP seeking a collaborative environment with a well-established and innovative heart failure program in coastal Virginia.
