Position Description: WATERFRONT DINING WITH A MEDITERRANEAN FLAIR!BARCA Pier & Wine Bar brings the dynamic energy of Spains coastal culture to Old Town Alexandria, offering a dining experience as stunning as its riverfront setting. Located in Robinson Landing, this one-of-a-kind destination features a lively industrial-chic pier anchored by retrofitted shipping containers and a cozy, intimate wine bar perfect for relaxing indoors. Sip handcrafted sangria, Spanish wines, and creative cocktails while savoring award-winning croquettes and Spanish-Mediterranean small plates inspired by flavors from across the region.The busser position is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in executing an extraordinary guest experience.Duties include, but are not limited to:
Sets, maintains, and clears tables promptly and efficiently.
Restocks service stations, polishes and restocks flatware and plateware.
Delivers dishes to guests promptly and efficiently using their proper name upon delivery.
Assist with the expedition of food when a chef or manager is not in the window.
Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.People are the core of our business. Thats why our benefits include:
