"• 220 SNF setting & long term care
• Just minutes from downtown Norfolk and 10 minute drive to the beach/ocean
• Very cohesive rehab team that have been with us for years
• Modalities, ADL Training, Falls and Balance, Dysphagia, Vital Stim, Dementia Program, Rehab Dining, Contracture Management & Splinting, Seating & Positioning
• E-Doc via Net Health & IPads for each rehab team member
• Education opportunities via Med Bridge for licensure renewals.
