DESCRIPTION:

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will:

-Lead a development team of five responsible for the continual development of several corporate Identity and Access Management systems and applications.

-Enhance IAM capabilities that are coupled with Machine Learning models.

-Enhance Role Mining capabilities that make use of Data Science driven outputs.

-Lead teams to enhance performance and achieve targets;

-Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness; measure and track performance.

-Support enterprise-wide compliance with enterprise standards, processes and policies.

-Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community

-Think out of the box and develop creative solutions with current products and their capabilities to solve business and functional needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor’s degree or military experience

-At least 7+ to 10 years' experience in software development

-At least 3 years’ experience in an AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

-At least 3 years' experience with Python

-At least 2 years' experience in people management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

-At least 1 years' experience with graph databases

-At least 1 years' experience with React.js or Angular

-Familiarity with a Machine Learning Application
