Construction laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. This position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
Perform skilled labor tasks in various construction projects
Following strict instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate construction
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently including power tools, hand tools, and basic machinery.
Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks such concrete, demolition, land clearing and grading, underground utilities, pool installation, playground installation, etc.
Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before, during, and after construction activities
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Adhering to company standards and project deadlines, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area

Requirements:
Ability to pass background check
3 years of experience
The ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day on your feet.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools (link removed)> Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Osha training

Work Environment:
Outdoor construction sites with exposure to various weather conditions.
Noise levels associated with heavy equipment operation.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
