Join our friendly team at Loudoun Pediatric Dentistry as a Front Desk Coordinator in our pediatric dental office! We are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children in a warm and welcoming environment, and we need your organizational skills and cheerful demeanor to help us achieve that. Please note: This position is intended for candidates seeking long-term employment. It is not a seasonal or temporary position. - Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly smile.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs with accuracy.
- Process insurance claims and verify patient eligibility.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
- Assist in managing patient records and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with dental staff and patients.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in dental office administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
- Flexibility to rotate between Leesburg and Ashburn office is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
- Knowledge of insurance processing and billing is beneficial.
