As an Advanced Business Function Associate, youll be responsible for providing a full-range of administrative support to multiple managers, relieving them of administrative details and allowing them to concentrate on business activities. This position requires poise, initiative, trustworthiness, timeliness, precision, and adherence to confidentiality at all times. You will be working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment dealing with sensitive information. Its your chance to put your talent to the ultimate test.

This role includes such activities as managing the organizations new business funds (NBF), maintaining master consulting agreements (MCA), maintaining an internal website, and maintaining configuration control over the business development process (BDP) artifacts.

What you bring to the table:

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Work independently with minimal supervision, with or without established procedures
• Solid organization and time management skills and ability to multi-task high priorities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary Note

Combined Salary Range

USD $29.62 - USD $31.77 /Hr.
