Job Title: Full-Time Associate Dentist

About the Practice:
Join a successful, locally owned private group led by two practicing dentists. We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to take over as the primary provider at their modern, high-volume location in the Herndon area.

Position Highlights:

• Modern Environment: Fully equipped office featuring an iTero digital scanner.
• Patient Base: Healthy mix of 75% PPO/Fee-for-Service and 25% Medicaid.
• High Production: Large volume of same-day treatment and walk-in patients.
• Scope of Work: Comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, crown/bridge, endo, extractions (simple/surgical), some Invisalign, and assisted hygiene.
• Schedule:  Full-Time, 5-days per week position includes Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays with alternating Wednesdays and Saturday mornings

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earnings: Greater of an initial daily guarantee or 30% of collections (minus 30% lab fees).
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. 401(k), annual CE allowance

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of one year of productive practice experience post-dental school or residency.
• Clinical Skills: Comfortable managing a fast-paced schedule and proactive about providing same-day treatment.
• Patient Care: Ethical practitioner dedicated to providing an excellent patient experience.
• Flexibility: Willingness to perform assisted hygiene in addition to general restorative production.
