What You’ll Be Doing

• Own full-cycle Accounts Receivable for commercial accounts
• Lead relationship-focused B2B collections via phone and email
• Post daily payments and prepare deposits to keep the cash flowing
• Monitor aging reports and proactively manage past-due accounts
• Collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate customer account records

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of AR and B2B collections experience
• Comfortable making collection calls and maintaining strong client relationships
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, service, or equipment industries preferred
• Strong organizational skills and confidence in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with accounting software/ERP systems and Excel
