What Youll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician , you will:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including:
  
  • Air conditioning systems
• • Heat pumps
• • Gas furnaces
• • Boilers
• • Zoning systems
• Clearly explain system issues so homeowners understand their options
• Recommend repairs, maintenance improvements, or replacement solutions when appropriate
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, reliability, and system performance
• Maintain professional documentation using ServiceTitan
• Represent Leonard Splaine professionally inside customers homes

Who Succeeds Here

• Strong diagnostic ability across heating and cooling systems

ServiceTitan experience is a plus but we train the right people.

Compensation

• $24 $40 per hour based on experience
• Performance pay (Reviews, Tech Generation Leads, % on Turnover jobs etc.)
• Stable, year-round work

Requirements

• EPA Certification (Preferred)
• NATE Certification (Preferred)
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and mechanical areas
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
