Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician (Part-Time)

Compensation: $110–$150 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Annandale clinic. This role is on-site and involves providing medical assessments and ongoing care for our predominantly elderly patient population. The position offers flexibility, and responsibilities may be expanded or tailored based on the physician’s clinical strengths and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing management of health conditions
• Conduct aphasia and cognitive-related screening tests , particularly for elderly patients
• Provide routine and preventative health check-ups
• Review, interpret, and manage blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic results
• Administer and oversee IV therapies
• Deliver patient education, health counseling, and care planning
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Virginia medical license (or eligibility for licensure)
• National Board Certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
• Experience working with senior or geriatric populations preferred
• Korean-speaking and/or Spanish-speaking preferred , but not required
