Event Assistant - Entry Level
We are seeking a highly motivated Event Assistant to oversee day-of event operations and ensure a seamless, memorable experience for clients and attendees. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy engaging with people, providing helpful information, and supporting live event logistics in fast-paced environments.
As the face of our brand, you will play a key role in delivering professional, organized, and customer-focused event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-of event operations to ensure smooth execution
Greet attendees and provide accurate information about client programs and services
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Adapt quickly to changing situations and resolve customer inquiries professionally
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the event
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient event flow
Qualifications
Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
Previous customer service, hospitality, or event support experience preferred
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); bilingual a plus
Ability to connect with diverse personalities and maintain a positive attitude
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years old
