What You’ll Do

• Support the Lead Teacher with engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
• Interact with children during play, learning, and routines
• Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and daily classroom flow
• Build positive relationships with families and team members

✅ What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with children (preferred)
• Passion for early childhood education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Meet Virginia licensing requirements
