Wieland Provides is hiring for 3rd shift welders Level I, II, III. We are seeking skilled and experienced welders for positions ranging from entry-level to expert. The welders will be responsible for working from shop drawing, procedures or other written, verbal, or electronic instruction, perform a wide variety of operations associated with welded assembly of final product, sub-assemblies and components for products which includes adherence to ASME Code Safety Regulations. Maintain equipment and facilities in a safe, clean, and efficiently operational manner. Adhere to procedures and prepare and maintain records, in either written or electronic form, regarding safety, quality, productivity, preventive maintenance and housekeeping.

This role is located in Verona, VA and will be fully on-site.

Starting pay is $25.00/hr., with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications.

3rd Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:30pm-6:00am

Performance evaluation at 90 days and 6 months with the potential for a $.50 increase after each evaluation.

Responsibilities

3rd Shift Welder Responsibilities:

• Following the production orders, prepare parts and tack and weld components into assemblies.
• Execute welds in accordance to companys procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment assigned to perform duties.
