Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Kubernetes Specialist to oversee containerized application architecture and deployment in cloud platform environments. This can include cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring.

Here is what you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecoms or equivalent field
• 3 years of work experience in system administration, design, construction and operation of container platforms (Kubernetes)
• 3 years of experience in container technologies (Docker, Podman etc.) and their management systems
• 0-1 year of experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CI/CD Tools (Pipelines, GitOps, Jenkins)
• 0-1 year of experience with Configuration Management/Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Chef, Puppet or Ansible, cloud technologies (Openstack VmWare, AWS, Azure or GCP)

Bonus points if you have:

• Certification in container orchestration systems (i.e. Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), and/or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development)
• Good problem structuring and solving skills
• Ability to communicate, understand and effectively work with our Clients to articulate their requirements and challenges against specific timelines

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role: California: $105,200 - $196,500 Colorado: $105,200 - $169,700 New York: $97,300 - $196,500 Washington: $112,100 - $180,700
