ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a team of sales agents to help them reach their full professional potential.
Develop and execute local sales strategies that expand our footprint in the Norfolk area.
Oversee daily sales operations to ensure we are hitting our performance objectives.
Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture where everyone feels heard and valued.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust our approach and capture new growth opportunities.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and regional networking functions.
RequirementsCurrent State Life and Health insurance license.
Five or more years of experience in insurance sales and leadership.
Documented history of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Strong ability to mentor and guide sales professionals.
Deep knowledge of life and health insurance products.
Experience managing budgets and sales operational workflows.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
