Stohlman Automotive, Inc. is looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. Stohlman continually strives to provide outstanding customer experience as well as a healthy workplace environment.

Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess vehicle concerns and service needs.
- Write repair orders and prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor.
- Verify warranty coverage and process approvals.
- Communicate repair timelines, costs, and recommendations clearly.
- Maintain customer relationships and service records.

- Enter repair orders into DealerTrack DMS
- Coordinate towing and transportation when needed
Service Advisor Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality
- Flexible work schedule
- Demonstrated ability to manage others.
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- DealerTrack experience preferred but not required
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
