The ideal candidate thrives in high-energy environments, excels at logistical execution, and is motivated by delivering outstanding field and event experiences that strengthen customer, and partnerengagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field and Event Execution and Enablement, Sales Alignment and Support, and Reporting
  • Partner closely with sales teams across the United States , while providing additional field marketing and event support for Canada and LATAM initiatives as needed.
  • Support exhibitions, trade show, and conference participation and presence, customer forums / user groups, demonstrations, sales meetings, customer visits, executive engagements, and partner activities through strong on-the-ground event execution and coordination.
  • Act as the field liaison to corporate marketing for campaigns, ABM, and other marketing programs , ensuring local alignment, sales readiness, and effective execution in the territory.
  • Coordinate localized marketing support around key events and territory priorities, including adapting materials and enabling partner joint activities.
  • Ensure effective lead capture and onsite engagement processes at events, working closely with sales and SDR teams to maximize follow-up and conversion.
  • Manage post-event activities including lead handoff, internal debriefs, attendee feedback, and tracking next steps with sales.
  • Prepare clear post-event reports including attendance outcomes, logistics debriefs, cost insights, lead results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales leadership, corporate marketing, partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Help maintain field event calendars, budget tracking, vendor performance logs, and territory-level operational visibility.
  • Amplify field feedback and the voice of the customer to corporate marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Support localized marketing activities such as adapting materials, coordinating partner joint activities, and enabling territory-specific initiatives (e.g., partner events, industry workshops).
  • Own end-to-end management of field marketing inventory, including demo systems, booth structures, signage, collateral, promotional items, and branded assets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all shipping and logistics for events, including advance shipments, on-site delivery, return shipping, and storage between events.
  • Manage shipping timelines, carriers, customs documentation (when applicable), tracking, and contingency planning to ensure assets arrive on time and in good condition.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records; track asset locations, usage, condition, and replenishment needs.
  • Ensure proper packing, labeling, storage, and post-event reconciliation of all assets to minimize loss, damage, and unnecessary shipping costs.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3–7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or operations-centric marketing roles ( B2G tech preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing in-person events, trade shows, and/or large-scale conferences.
  • Experience supporting sales and customer engagement activities in a field environment.
  • Excellent project and logistical management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing inventory, physical assets, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours around key events.
  • Background in B2G, defense/technology, public safety, or security markets.
  • Proficiency with CRM and basic reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot), event platforms, and inventory tracking systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
