I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of 10 across two agencies. I entered the insurance industry after undergrad and have spent my career building a business centered around relationships, growth, and creating opportunities for others. I attended Bridgewater College, where I played football. Im a proud husband, brother, and father of two daughters, and my wife is also part of the team. Outside of work, I enjoy boating, traveling, spending time on or near the water, and following football. Were a big sports family (split between Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos fans), so things can get competitive at home sometimes. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Colin Owens - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
